A great day out (most of it was actually spent on the M4) was ruined by a rather inept and toothless performance by our team. Our high expectations after the Ipswich game couldn't be fulfilled in the slightest and so it didn't feel like the usual roller-coaster ride (the typical West Ham emotion) but more like a drop from 4,000 feet without a parachute. I'm not quite sure if I have hit the ground yet but I can't say I'm pleased.
